Who I Serve
I understand the unique pressures of school district data work. Federal reporting requirements, state accountability systems, SIS complexity, and the need to serve both technical staff and school site leaders who are not data professionals. I have done this work from the inside and I know what it takes.
Nonprofits need data that secures funding, demonstrates community impact, and doesn't overwhelm small teams. I have built measurement systems for early childhood programs, helped organizations survive grant audits with clean data, and enabled leadership to make confident decisions during periods of uncertainty.
My Approach
We begin with a deep listening session to understand your data landscape, pain points, reporting obligations, and strategic goals.
I audit your current data systems, tools, and processes to identify gaps, quality issues, and opportunities for immediate improvement.
I design and implement the right solution, whether that is a dashboard, a governance framework, a new tool, or all three, with your team's capacity in mind.
Every engagement ends with documentation, training, and a team that can confidently own and maintain the systems we built together.
What Colleagues Say

About
I am a data and analytics consultant with over seven years of hands-on experience implementing data products, developing data systems, and using data to inform strategic decision making for education and nonprofit organizations. My work centers on continuous quality improvement and measuring implementation effectiveness so that leaders can act with confidence and demonstrate real impact.
I have led district-wide data governance for a California public school district, developing KPI frameworks aligned to accountability plans, building automated reporting pipelines, and driving adoption of analytics platforms from the ground up. I know how to work across departments, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and translate technical data work into insights that non-technical leaders can act on.
In the nonprofit early childhood education space, I have digitized critical assessment systems across dozens of program sites, reduced manual data work by over 80%, built the reporting infrastructure that sustained state and federal funding, and trained staff at every level to collect and use data with confidence.
I bring deep hands-on expertise in analytics platforms for continuous quality improvement, Power BI, data warehousing, ETL processes, government database research, and stakeholder communication. Whether you need a single dashboard or a complete data strategy, I deliver structured, high-quality work on time, every time.
Community & Volunteer Experience
My consulting work is shaped not only by professional experience but by years of direct community involvement with mission-driven organizations. These experiences deepened my understanding of how nonprofits measure impact, engage communities, and sustain programs with limited resources.

The Radical Monarchs is a social justice organization that creates opportunities for young girls and gender expansive youth of color to form fierce sisterhood, celebrate their identities, and contribute radically to their communities. As a troop leader volunteer, I supported programming that centered equity, community advocacy, and youth leadership. This experience gave me firsthand insight into how grassroots nonprofits engage families, demonstrate community impact, and operate with passion and limited infrastructure. It reinforced my commitment to building data systems that help mission-driven organizations like the Radical Monarchs tell their story and sustain their work.
Berkeley's 2020 Vision was a citywide collaborative effort launched in 2008 by the City of Berkeley, Berkeley Unified School District, UC Berkeley, Berkeley City College, and community partners, committed to eliminating racial and ethnic disparities in academic achievement. As a community member involved in this initiative, I gained deep exposure to how cross-sector partnerships use data to track equity goals, measure program effectiveness, and make the case for sustained investment in children and families. This experience sharpened my understanding of how data and community engagement work together to drive systemic change in education.
I established a parent teacher organization as a nonprofit entity for Hercules Middle School families in Hercules, CA, leading the filing for nonprofit status and spearheading a fundraising campaign that reached the full goal of $50,000. The funds directly supported the school music program, PE equipment, and provided $500 per teacher for classroom supplies and professional training. This experience developed my skills in community engagement, nonprofit governance, and resource mobilization. It also gave me a direct understanding of how community-driven organizations operate and the role that transparent reporting and accountability play in building donor trust and achieving program goals.
